General Policy
Physical Location: 12138 Ray Smith Dr, Hill City, SD 57745 Driving Directions: Take 385 into Hill City. Turn right at the Exxon Station (Deerfield Rd) go 3.9 miles (Use odometer to watch mileage), watch for the property's sign and turn right at the sign.
Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will lose the one night deposit plus $25 cancellation fee. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. All Service Fees are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
One night is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m. MT. Office closes at 5:00pm – If arriving after 5:00 p.m. MT please call for check-in details, 605-574-9003

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. MT
Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property. Animals must be kenneled if left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $20 per pet, per night. A refundable $200 deposit is required upon check-in.
Other Policy
STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. 50% of reservation is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: Holidays and Sturgis dates are non-refundable.
